    The second thing I suggest is working in vertical workflows. So, developing the front and back ends of a workflow, then delivering that to QA/Sales/Product, and then starting to work on the next vertical.

    Working on horizontal workflows (all front end, then all back end) allows for less frequent rollouts and, therefore, gives stakeholders less visibility into what is happening. When stakeholders have less visibility, they put on more pressure.
